DESCRIPTION AND FUNCTIONING OF MACHINES 

MANUAL SLIPPER MAKING MACHINE:- This type of machine requires some manual effort to function and operate. The design of this machine is simple and has a sturdy heavy-duty steel coating over it. This machine is also very cost-friendly and does not require much investment. 

It is available under two designs-:

Spring model- This machine cuts single sole at one time and requires some extra manual effort in its functioning. It is available along with specific pieces of equipment and tools like die grinder, printing frame, drill machine, step machine etc. This machine delivers output levels of 50 to 60 units on per hour basis. Since this machine requires more workforce, the efficiency of the machine lacks when compared with the automatic model.

Barring Model- This machine is coated with heavy, sturdy steel in its architecture and like the spring model, also requires manual labour to operate. However, the effort required is less than the Spring Model. The other tools like die grinder, printing frame, drill machine, step machine etc. are available with it too. 

Since the friction between its components is relatively less, this machine is very smooth in its operation. The workforce required to function this machine is less when compared with the Spring Model. Unlike the Spring model, this machine cuts double sole at a time and delivers the optimum level of outputs ranging from 100 to 120 pieces per hour. 

AUTOMATIC SLIPPER MACHINE-This type of machine is automated in its functioning and requires no manual labour to operate. The design if this machine also simple, but comparatively complex than Manual Slipper Making Machines. Similar to the manual model, this is also available in several categories-: 

Power Press Model-: This machine is heavy model equipment and arrives in three sizes, i.e. 5 tonnes, 10 tonnes, 15 tonnes. It is a single sole cutting machine, and the production levels range from 500 to 600 pieces on an hourly basis. Although the power press model is fully automatic, its efficiency can be enhanced if combined with some manual effort too. You can reach the optimum levels of outputs to the extent of 1000 pieces if some manual labour is applied and he peddles the machine for the production.

Hydraulic Machine- This machine also belongs to heavy model design and comes in a single size of 6 tonnes. It is a double sole cutting machine, and its manufacturing capacity is 500 to 600 pieces on per hour basis. This machines functions automatically on its inbuilt efficiency and requires no manual labour at all.
